Meet Brian Tremblay

Brian Tremblay is a Sault Ste Marie wedding and portrait photographer.

What You Heard

"Brian Tremblay is really expensive and all booked up and there is no possible way we can afford him!"

The Truth

"Brian's photography costs much less than you'd expect from a photographer of his calibre. With enough advance notice he can accomodate any one who wants to experience fine portraiture."

He has always felt that he’s been blessed to be allowed to make a living with a camera. Something he’s always wanted to do since he was a kid – but he just didn’t realize it.

Brian quit a high paying government job to open his photography studio located at 718 Queen Street East in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Some people thought he was crazy – even his parents. But that’s not crazy – that’s a man who has passion for wedding and portrait photography. Brian says he is very fortunate to have great clients who allow him to create their portraits or capture their weddings on his terms. They trust him to produce images of their babies, children, grandchildren and themselves.

Brian Tremblay’s training in photography encompasses painting, drawing, graphic design and various other art classes along with photography to gain a wider knowledge of how to apply art to portraiture and wedding photography. He thinks this makes his work different than the rest.

The digital photography revolution is here, but Brian believes it is a tool and not a means to an end. He doesn’t think a computer or a digital picture frame is a great way to display photographs that you treasure. Brian thinks photos look best displayed on your walls, albums, coffee table books or in galleries.

Brian says, “If you believe in the power of a photograph and are willing to invest in a timeless piece of art then we should talk. I would really love to create some great images for you, your family or business. I'd like to show you how much I love my job. A lot of people think they aren't photogenic. I think everyone is and I can prove it.”
